Chapter Objective

To provide value to our members & the community at large with the knowledge of being the Global Leader in the Arts and Sciences of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

To provide a progressive environment that facilitates the gathering & sharing of current, unbiased technical information on all aspects of the Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning & Refrigerating Industry.

To be the foremost, authoritative, timely and responsive source of technical and educational information, standards and guidelines.

ASHRAE's Objective

American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers, ASHRAE, founded in 1894, is an international organization of some 50,000 persons. Its sole objective is to advance through research, standards writing, publishing and continuing education the arts and sciences of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC&R) to serve humanity and promote a sustainable world.
