SWITCH - Documentary and Panel Discussion on Power Production and Efficiency

The U of S Office of Sustainability, U of S School of Environment and Sustainability Students' Association (SENSSA) and the CaGBC Saskatchewan Chapter are screening the documentary, Switch.  The film focuses on the production of electricity -- all the different technologies and their respective pros, cons and limitations -- and concludes with a look at the importance of energy efficiency going forward. It is touted as a documentary that is "uniting diverse audiences in a shared understanding of energy and promoting efficiency". The free screening will take place Thursday, March 21, 7:00 p.m. in the Neatby Timlin Theatre (Room 241 Arts building at U of S).  It will be followed by a discussion with the audience led by a panel.  The panel will include Kathryn Theede, Ian Loughran, Kelly Winder and Peter Prebble.
